RFC Consultants was founded by Martin Neale in 2025 to solve a persistent problem across EPC projects: commissioning strategy is too often underdeveloped or left too late — and the impacts snowball at the back end.

Without early, detailed planning, projects face a familiar pattern:

  • Late-stage engineering changes

  • Construction in the wrong sequence

  • Contractors unclear on scope and expectations

  • Out-of-control, last minute expediting for people, equipment, and materials

RFC stands for Ready For Commissioning, but the real goal is to make sure the whole project is ready — not just the team at the end. That means:

✔ Strategy developed early, during FEED and design
✔ Clear scope, clear sequencing, and aligned contractors
✔ Commissioning logic driving the plan — not reacting to it

Whether advising on strategy, reviewing scope, supporting contractor selection or stepping in on site, RFC Consultants brings structured, technically credible input that helps projects land cleanly, not crash land late.
